Year 9 Orientation

To help Year 9 students settle in quickly to their new environment, an Orientation Programme operates during the first few days of school. This aims to give students opportunities to get to know one another, the school and its expectations, and to learn communication skills. Guidance staff, form teachers and specially trained Year 13 students combine to help the Year 9 students. Parents are invited to an orientation evening to meet staff and other parents. Year 13 students continue helping Year 9 students through the Peer Support Programme.
