Tuition: 

1 year $15,000  

1 term (10 weeks) $3750 

½ year (2 terms) $7500 

Administration Fee $250  

NCEA Fees (senior students) $383.30 

Homestay Accommodation:  

1 week $280

46 weeks (annual estimate) $12,880 

+ Homestay Management Fee: $250 (one off payment) 

Additional Costs:  

Use as a guide only & not applicable to every students and/or subject 

Uniform $100-350  

Transport $25 p/w  

Pocket money (estimate) $50 p/w  

NCEA exam fees (optional) $385  

Junior camp $250  

Food tech courses $160

Insurance: 

International students must have insurance for the duration of their planned study period.  Riccarton High School can arrange student travel insurance through Unicare or Southern  Cross. If student would like to arrange insurance privately the school must be sent a copy of  the policy to check if it covers all legal requirements under The Code of Practice. An annual  insurance policy costs between $500-$600nzd.
