As per our prior notification, we have received confirmation from the PPTA that the scheduled nationwide strike set for Wednesday, 5 November 2025, between 1.15pm and 3.15pm will go ahead. This means that Year 9, 10, and 11 students will finish the day at 1.00pm.
It is important to note that:
. Te Koroī students will continue with their normal routine and finish at 2.40 pm on Wednesday.
. All Year 9, 10, and 11 students will have their normal classes on Wednesday morning (last day of classes for Year 11 before exams).
. Supervision will be provided in the library for those students who require it between 1 pm and 2.40 pm.
. NCEA exams for Year 12 and 13 students are NOT affected by this strike action.
We understand that this situation may cause some disruption and uncertainty for students and whānau, and we appreciate your continued support and understanding.
